UK Fulfilment were approached by Walk the Walk to collate the walker packs for their Moon and Sun Walks. These were nationwide events that raised money for Breast Cancer Charities. The brief was complex. Each of the 15,000 walkers had an individual number which was unique to them, and everything had their individual identification number printed on it.

So UK Fulfilment had to collate together all their individual items and walker data, ensuring that numbers matched, along with a specific sized t-shirt, a cap and a specific sized bra. The colour of their t-shirt and cap was dependent on whether they were walking a half or full marathon. UK Fulfilment handled the full distribution within 2 weeks and all the walkers received their packs in time for the race. UK Fulfilment have now handled walker packs for 4 events a year.
